Is my credit card information secure with you?!
Absolutely! We do not store your credit card information on any system that can be accessed via the internet. After your order is processed, all such information is destroyed. During the order process, your card and other personal data are transmitted via a 128-bit secure SSL connection so that it cannot be intercepted by a third party.
How can I find out my order status?
After you place an order, you will receive an automated email that contains the details of your order. This email includes a link you can click on that will take you to a page that indicates the most current status of your order.
How is my order shipped
Small items such as parts are normally sent via US Postal Service or UPS. Larger items such as complete fountains are shipped ground freight directly from the factory.
How can I locate a particular item if I don't have the part number?
We have set up our catalog to be as intuitive as possible. You can browse by the category and manufacturer of the item you are looking for, and compare the pictures with what you're trying to find. If that fails, call us toll-free at 800-713-9661 and a knowledgable person will assist you in finding the proper part for your needs.
What if all I have is a part number?
Simply type the part number into the search box in the upper right hand corner and click "Search" and then our powerful search engine will comb through our catalog and find the part for you. If you don't have the exact part number, you can type in a phrase or keyword, such as "valve" or "bubbler" and a list of all matching items will be displayed so you can narrow down your search. What if I am ordering for a tax-exempt organization, such as a city, church or school?
Simply click "Wholesale Login" from the left menu bar, and complete the requested information. An email will be sent to our sales department so they can verify your tax-exempt status. You will be notified by email when your account is approved. From that point on, you will not be charged tax, so long as you login as a Wholesale Customer. Please allow up to 7 business days for our sales team to process your request for a wholesale account. Be sure to include your telephone contact and Tax ID or Tax Exemption number on the application to expedite processing. Thanks.
